“Tried to Purchase hair extensions on Labor Day. Obviously knew they would not ship until the next day (Choose 5 to 7 business days) My father got them as a gift for me so I would have them by next week Thursday.
Because the card didn’t match they halted it even the the billing address was added to confirm.
The Nordstrom order I had placed the very same day gave my no trouble but for some reason this did?
I asked if because it was halted they would be able to ship it faster, I respond confirming the information and receive a response saying that the order has been cancelled and the encourage me to purchase again without acknowledging my question
Poor customer service and I shouldn’t have been notified of cancellation after the fact that I had tried to confirm moments later today that it was cancelled yesterday.
So why wasn’t I told yesterday? Very upsetting.”
“I ordered from here because I thought it was a reputable company, however I’ve had the worst experience ever. I ordered some extensions and they were not delivered. I contacted customer care and they said they were delivered but every time I looked up the bogus tracking number they gave me USPS did not have record of the package. Bellami customer care stated they had geo location saying it was delivered to me house and would be in contact with USPS about searching our community mailbox. They then said they would provide a one time replacement that would be mailed via FedEx and would require a signature at delivery but the new product would not be eligible for return. I said absolutely not because if the color didn’t match I wanted to return and I wanted to see what their special “contact” at my local USPS said. Immediately, and I mean like 10-15 minutes later, they replied oh the contact said they searched the entire unit and didn’t find the package so that proves I took it. I opened up my own investigation through USPS and they informed me the tracking number wasn’t even a real number! Interestingly enough, some guy in a pickup truck dropped off a Bellami package on my doorstep and it had a completely different tracking number but the same order number. I sent an email asking customer care if this was the original package thinking maybe a neighbor finally realized they had my package. I got a reply that yes indeed this is the original package. After I got this reply I opened the package and tried the sample. Of course the color didn’t match so I emailed them back about return instructions. I get a reply stating oh after review that wasn’t the original package that was the replacement package and it’s not eligible for return. Keep in mind I had specifically asked not to be sent a replacement and when I looked up the tracking number it said it was delivered on the original delivery date. So I don’t know what kind of game this company is playing but it was a nightmare of an experience. Every time I would reply to the email a completely new person would respond back. Would NEVER recommend using this company to anyone. I contacted my credit card company and have disputed the transaction because I am completely done trying to communicate with them. As far a the product I just tried the sample and it felt ok but color didn’t match the picture online and not close to my color at all.”
“The texture was great but the colour was almost more of a rose instead of copper. My hair dresser can dye it the right shade but that means its more expensive than I had intended... I also got a pony tail (synthetic) and that was the same # code but was the right shade of red/copper... it would be nice if they were both the same shade =)”
“The Color is a bit pinkish and they weren’t as thick as I expected them to be. But really nice quality, hold a curl well, no smell, the clips aren’t bulky, and the ends aren’t thin :) would buy again”
