“With how everyone went on and on, I had high expectations for these extensions. They are literally no different than the extensions you can get at Sally’s Beauty Supply....just more expensive. The only thing I can say are actually better, are the clips with rubber grips. Those are nice.”

“Purchased vibrant red and what came in the mail looked more like a light wine red that had been sitting in direct sunlight for some time. If I wasn't a week away from my destination wedding I would have returned it. My gf is a hairdresser and tried to strip the color to re dye it to match my hair. Color did not want to strip and what resulted was more of a pink color. After a few hours of work, she was able to make it resemble my hair. As a redhead, would not purchase this again. Maybe opt for a golden blonde and dye it red. It was my first time ever wearing extensions, so I loved having fuller longer hair for my wedding and the hair felt great.”
“These are horrible! You would think the color vibrant red would be a bright red. Well instead you get a dull dusty red. The display picture is not the same color as what you get. I am sadly disappointed in the product due to the color of the product. The feel of the product is good, but keep in mind you will need to color it, and that could possibly shorten the life of your extensions.”
“The bellami extensions I received were beautiful, great quality. My biggest problem I have is that I asked to be color matched and sent two photos. I was told vibrant red would be the best match for me, but may need to be toned to fully match. Upon receiving my extensions and opening them because someone working with the company whom I would assume is a professional, told me that it was the best match. After putting them all in and styling I could see that my hair was lighter than the extensions. So messaged back in the same conversation and asked what the toning would do to my extensions because my hair was lighter. I got the response back, "Sorry - we didn't see the last photo you sent. Since your hair is a bit lighter we suggest selecting our Strawberry Blonde shade and then custom toning them." Vibrant Red and Strawberry Blonde are a huge difference. I am just frustrated because "oops I'm sorry that's the wrong color, we didn't see your other picture" well now I spent 180$ on hair that I will never wear and can not be refunded.”
