The color of the hair faded with in a week of wear. It started knotting in the back after 3 weeks. Very sad to pay DJ much for crummy product.

I love the quality, quantity and length of these extensions. I've tried several different types and these are my favorite so far. The only disappointment is the shades of red offered. After purchasing the extensions I'll have the additional expense to have them coloured.

I received a free ponytail with my extensions. They labels both stated they were the same color. My ponytail was the color I ordered, however the extensions were not. Although they said they were vibrant red , they were more of a pink color.. which I don't understand.

The color is not Vibrant Red #33. It's not even close. I would know, because #33 is the specific color I dye my hair. I've worn extensions from different brands, from Sally's to random stores from Amazon and Aliexpress. Admittedly, in choosing to be Red, I've learned that if you order Red hair extensions from anywhere, they will almost never be perfectly spot on right out of the package... BUT at least the cheaper brands I've worn before were close enough to Vibrant Red out of the package that they could blend with some styling. The Vibrant Red #33 from Bellami is nowhere near vibrant, nor is it red. It isn't even a coppery light Auburn like in the swatch photo here on the site leads you to believe. The set I received is in in fact actually a sickly, faded Rose Gold if you will, and can not be blended with my hair as is. They absolutely will need to be dyed. Now, I received a faux ponytail with my purchase too, also in #33, yet somehow the color of the synthetic ponytail is closer to real Vibrant Red #33 and blends with my real hair than the Bambina set I received. The difference in color side by side is so strikingly, remarkably different that it's infuriating. When I opened my care package, the ponytail was the first thing I saw, and when I saw the color; I was ecstatic. Then I saw the set package, and when I removed the tester; it was so different in color from the ponytail that I was dumbfounded. The color of the synthetic ponytail is spot on--what I would have expected the whole set to look like--meanwhile the real, human hair set I received (and paid extra for expedited shipping) is nowhere near Vibrant Red. That being said, despite the tester and the ponytail being two different colors, I decided to go ahead and open the main set, and give them a try (breaking the warranty seal), because since they are human hair; I figured I could just dye them to match. An inconvenience, yes, but the color is an issue that can be fixed. However, then I ran into the real problem with this set: it is terribly, painfully thin. It's not enough hair to fill your head unless you have incredibly fine/thin hair already. I don't see how these are supposed to look realistic. I even ordered the Bambina 160g to be safe, because I thought the Piccolina 120g would have been too little, but unfortunately the 160g is thoroughly disappointing and the results are underwhelming at best. Now I'm stuck with this sparse set I paid $160 for that is not only the wrong color, but it looks like a cheap, mullet-esque Sally's install that the Emo/Scene girls wore in High School; and I'm going to have to pay extra money to get a filler set elsewhere.
