“color swatch matched my hair but the rest were lighter and more of a pink color... not red. being a red head and needing extensions sucks. also this is good for people with thin hair not medium hair. Looks like I have to drop $200 on another set from another company and dye them.”
“Disappointed in the color, it was supposed to be vibrant red. Its neither vibrant nor red, its more of a pinky strawberry blonde. Now I have to spend just as much dying them the correct color. As much as I paid for these extensions I should at least get the color I paid for.”

“I went through hell with shipping and USPS. After a couple emails I was taken care of with good service. This is my very first pair of extensions and so far so good, they seem a little thin on the ends but it does make them look natural and tapered”
“I ordered this product in Vibrant Red and the extensions they sent me were definitely NOT the color they are advertised to be. The extensions are actually an ashy strawberry blonde. In addition, I only received 9 of the 10 wefts which are stated to be included. Not only did I have to dye the extensions, which I hate doing, but I didn't even receive the full product. Such a disappointment.”
