“Although I love the product, I was first delivered the wrong package of a curling iron meant for another customer. It seems our products were switched in packing. I did not receive my product in time for the event I purchased it for. I was disappointed I was only offered a discount for a second purchase, instead of getting reimbursed for shipping or a discount on the order itself. I think the product itself is great however. “The color is nowhere close to "vibrant". It's more a natural and duller red color. Luckily my red hair faded out and ended up matching perfectly with the extensions. I think the color needs to have a different title.”
