“I have ordered Bellami extensions 3 times now and have loved them every time. The shipping time is reasonable and I think that, for the quality, the price is pretty good. However, the last set I ordered, my third order from here, I ordered the Chocolate brown color for the extensions and the free ponytail and was sent the next shade lighter. I was really disappointed and when I looked up the return policy I realized it was just not worth it. You have to pay to ship it back to them and then they have to decide whether you'll get an exchange or refund or not. So that would be extra money and time I was not willing to waste. I was able to dye them to a color that matched my hair perfectly for way less money and time. The quality is great as always, especially since I was able to dye them and they stayed just as soft and beautiful as they were before. So, aside for the color mix-up, I really love my Bellami extensions and if I ever decide to reorder extensions again in the future I will definitely be ordering them from here!”
“WORST extensions I have ever owened. Had to order a new set from a different company after only two weeks of use because of the constant MATTING (not normal hair tangles) the free pony also becomes EXTREMELY matted as well (was not doing active activities while wearing)
Side note: I am a LICENCED professional and wanted to bring these in for my clients. So glad I did not.”
