“I've been ordering bellami extensions for over 5 years and this the first time I've been disappointed with my order. The length of my extensions were not consistent... I had to cut two inches to make them the same length. Also the color was way off.. I ordered a chocolate brown that looked more like a chestnut brown.. had to pay to get them recolored.”
“Considering the fact that it’s been over a month since I ordered my extensions and they still haven’t arrived, it’s kind of hard for me to review the hair. I will review the customer service, which in my case was absolutely TERRIBLE. My order had an address mix up, which was totally understandable until my package got lost in the mail for 3 weeks and Bellami was completely helpless in finding a solution! I offered multiple solutions, none of which Bellami was willing to work with. So here I am, still extensionless and super bugged!”
“I ordered medium brown extensions and when I received them, they were red in the sunlight. I understand that they will have a red tint but they were completely red. So in the sunlight I was supposed to deal with that? Or pay to have them color matched because they were not the color I ordered? After battling with customer service for 2 days they finally were willing to replace them with a different color brown , Hershey color which is a beautiful colored brow however they tried to charge me $30 to send the miscolored extensions back which was frustrating because I wouldn’t of had to send them back had they of been the right color. When I received the new order it came with the carrier and hanger I was pretty pumped on that but the hanger was BROKEN and the carrier was RIPPED this was the worst experience I’ve had with Bellami and I have had multiple orders through Bellami.”
