“The ends are super thin in comparison to the top, at the top of each weft of hair were short broken pieces of hair, considering how much they cost in Canadian dollars I try to get as much use out of them as possible however the hair is very low quality and I would not purchase another set which is very disappointing given that there's so many good reviews for the extensions”
“Perfect texture, color, and quality. I have naturally curly hair and with my hair straightened you couldn't tell the difference between my real hair and the extensions. My hair dresser couldn't either when she was blending them and said they were some of the highest quality she has seen.”
“this was my first time ordering from Bellami and I was really excited to try them out because all of my friends say they are awesome. Well I payed for overnighting them to me and what I received was disappointing. I took out the tester and couldn't really tell the color was off and it felt like extremely fake hair! So I am not the type of person to judge off of a tester. I took them out and the disappointment just kept going there was so much orange pigment in the hair it didn't match my hair at all or look like the websites picture. The hair felt like fake hair and I tried putting them in my hair and they just looked so terrible. So I took them to a hairstylist and all of them in the salon said how fake they felt and looked. They were surprised that they were bellamis. So I called cust service up and the lady was not helpful or had any sympathy at all I let her know I will pay to send these back and you guys can have them back all I want is a different pair because I will clearly never wear these. She began to tell me that she didn't believe this and that I needed to send in pictures of the hair so that they could examine them! What kind of company is this!!!!? Never in my life have I felt like that I work in cust service myself and I KNOW how your supposed to treat your customers. Im so dissatisfied I spent money on NOTHING I would have sent them back whatever they wanted all I wanted was just a different set so I could actually wear them but nope. I will never purchase again and I have told all family and friends and co workers especially my experience with you guys im still mind blown and upset about the entire experience! And if I could give a 0 star I would.”
“I have been purchasing the Bambina 160g hair extensions for over 5 years and have probably ordered 6 or 7 sets, sadly with each new set, the quality has been noticeably worse than the last. The extensions are so soft and I love the quality of the clips, but they have got thinner and thinner each time. I used to only have to wear 2 wefts and I now need to wear almost all of them. If you can afford the higher gram sets then you will probably love them, but sadly, I will not be re-purchasing after this.”
“Quality of the hair & lenght is great! Colour was off though. I ordered chocolate brown and when it arrived it was more of a ginger colour. I was able to dye it and it now matches.”
“I've had these extensions for a little over a month now. I bought them to replace a older pair. I have not washed them I don't wear them daily. I use them probably two to three times a week. They are starting to get a little tangled now. I try now to curl them every time I wear them. Overall they are nice extensions but they won't last for longer than 6 months.”
“I have had a set of Bellami blonde extensions in the past and didn't want to be let down on a second purchase. To my relief the second set is just as beautiful. I LOVE BELLAMI. Wouldn't buy anything else. You certainly do get what you pay for.”
