“Let me start by saying, I am not picky whatsoever. I would never leave a bad review unless I really had a bad experience. My first bellami purchase was two years ago. I purchased the Bambina 160g 20" Chocolate Brown extensions. They were amazing! Thick from top to bottom, the quality was perfect. They were so smooth and silky and never got coarse or lost their smooth texture. I wore them for about a year until I dyed my hair. I went blonde so I purchased the Bambina 18" dirty blonde extensions and I was shocked at the difference in quality from the Chocolate Brown I had purchased the year before. They were brand new and even my hair stylist asked me where I purchased these extensions because they felt synthetic, they felt and looked damaged and the ends were so thin and they were so difficult to style. My stylist told me they were definitely over processed and not to purchase those again. An aquaintance I hadn't seen in a while even told me my hair looked damaged, I was humiliated. I still decided to give Bellami another shot and I repurchased the Chocolate Brown extensions since I knew I couldn't go wrong with those... I was so disappointed... The quality was not as bad as the dirty blonde but nowhere NEAR the same as the extensions I purchased previously. These were soft but not as soft and silky as the previous pair, the ends were thin, they are NOT thick from top to bottom. This is such a disappointment considering I thought I could guarantee I would be getting good quality extensions. Not to mention it took two weeks for my shipment to come in! I was refunded my "$5 shipping" but $160 wasted because I have to shop around for a pair that reaches my standards as far as quality. Something must have changed and I suggest you go back to making GOOD quality extensions as you did before.”
