“Im 16 and have been looking for a good set of extensions for a while. I have been doing alot of research and multiple sights have said this is the best value. Upon recieving them i was so happy to see that my order was of great quality. I got 20 inches because i wanted to have longer hair but wanted to first start off with something more affordable. Im still learning with these extensions. Installing the extensions gives my hair long looking layers. The color choosing process was easy as pie. If you are not sure about your color, you can email bellami support. They were very professional and helpful and answered typically in a day or so but that could be a timezone difference as i live in the midwest. As far as shipping goes, it was quick. It comes from california and i got it in a week. Normally, it isn't as fast and actually came earlier then expected. When delivered, it comes in a package. In this package comes with a clip in tester piece. This piece is used to test the hair color. If its not the right color you can return it just DONT BREAK THE SEAL on the actuall compartment housing the extensions. You cant return them after you do. Also, i was warned by multiple youtubers that they shed alot. Come to find out that was completely false at least in my experience. They are very beautiful and im still learning how to use them but im really happy i have them. Also clips are sturdy too :) any questions feel free to ask.”
