I have died then a few times now and they are still in prime condition. I just ordered a new pair the other day and can't WAIT for them to get here. Great customer service and great hair extensions.”
“I understand that due to the product being real hair and the color process to match a True Chocolate Brown won't always look exactly like the photo. HOWEVER... When I finally received my extensions they were totally not even close to the shade in the picture above and incredibly brassy (WTH?!?). Disappointed, I dyed the test strip and the color only took in certain areas (and NO I did not use cheap hair dye, I googled the best fashionistas and their recommendations before I bought), leaving patches of hair that were colored darker and areas that didn't take and were still brassy. WOW. For $160 you would think you'd get less hassle...I'm taking them into my stylist and having her look at them tomorrow to see if she can get them remotely close to my hair color so I can enjoy $160 worth of hair (OMG). Thank you for the disappointment and hassle you'd expect from a much cheaper brand, Bellami”
