“The hair that was 20" long accounted for maybe 10% of what I received. The rest was a lot shorter and made the hair look stringy and unhealthy. The ends of the wefts were coming undone when I got it and chunks of hair are falling out from them. Customer service said this all was normal which is why I'll never buy hair from Bellami again. Incredibly disappointed. Not worth the money at all.”
