“I'm upset with my purchase. I sent Bellami 3 different photos of my hair in all different lightings - daylight/natural light, warm indoor light with flash, and indoor light without flash. And I was told my Bellami color is Chocolate Brown. I was skeptical, but I purchased Chocolate Brown anyway - the Bellami experts recommended it! Then, I got my package and tried on the single trial-size weft. It looked... okay. So I opened my package, and to my dismay, the rest of the Chocolate Brown wefts were MUCH too red for my hair color. So I just about wasted $180.”
“I am absolutely disappointed with how terrible your customer service team is. I have sent out several emails asking questions and NONE of them were answered. Funny enough, I get promotion emails from you very frequently to take my money.
I got an email after I submitted my order that I am expecting a delay in receiving my package. I emailed to find out how late my package will arrive. No response. I called, I got a vague answer that it's' on its way and I shouldn't worry. It didn't arrive on time for the event I was gonna wear it to. So it sat in my closet for a while. After testing out the package, the length of it was longer than my hair, which I thought was fixable. But it did not match the thickness of my hair, which is something that can't be tested with just a strand of hair. I emailed you guys to seek help and suggestion, or see if I could get it exchanged. No response. Called. no response. Seriously seriously dissappointed! I was a luxy customer and was blown away by their effort to keep the customer happy. But Bellami was a straight up disappointment from day one. For an expensive product like hair extensions, I expect an existence of customer service.”
“My natural chocolate brown hair extensions are amazing. They do not tangle. I received a free faux ponytail with my purchase and got it in chocolate brown as well. The faux ponytail is not the same color as the natural hair extensions. It’s almost a dark strawberry blonde color. I’m unable to wear the faux ponytail because it’s a complete different color than my hair.”
