“Hi till now I didn't get my both extension it been over a month and when I ordered it didn't say it's back order and I didn't know until I send email to see what's the status of my order I am not happy at all at least I should know from the beginning it on back order”
“It's beautiful hair, but it started shedding and losing hair only a week after having them. I am very careful with them and didn't wash them yet but running my fingers thru them during the day so much hair would come out too!”
“I was so excited to receive these hair extensions in the mail and after wearing them only a handful of times the flips were already starting to fall from the weft. Some of the clips were sewn very poorly the minute I received them in their packaging. I would not recommend these extensions and was not very happy with the customer service I received regarding my issues.”

I live in western Canada therefore I should've received my product 7-12 business days like you said and also my aunt always orders hers and she said it never takes more than a week but instead I received them 16 business days later and it was too late for the special occasion that I needed them for. Like I said I love your product but I was just really disappointed that I couldn't wear them for what I mainly needed them for.”
