“The website is nice, the color I ordered was very accurate to the description, the video is very helpful to help us pick the right color. But unfortunately the hair itself was not of great quality. Looked damaged and over processed. After a few minutes of wear, the hair separates into many strands. The ends are very thin. I saw so many positive reviews on youtube, I have to say I was disappointed in the product that I received.”

“I bought both this and the pony tail in chocolate brown however, they are two very different colors. My extensions are more reddish and the ponytail wrap is more of the brown I wanted. Unfortunately the extensions don't match my hair but the wrap does.”
