“I really love them but they are kinda thin which I wasn't expecting. Of all the YouTubers that recommend them, and conviced me to want these extensions, they all say that there thick and soft. Mine were soft but not thick, you can see right through them when held up. My hair is really thick and I was hopeing they would be the same thickness as my hair but there not which was a disappointment. Sorry bellami I love them but wish you made them thicker.”
“The packaging was cheap. I would have never thought they would come in plastic bags. The hair was nice. Not as high quality as I was expecting. (I usually buy luxy hair extensions) One of my clips was broken when it arrived and there weren't any replacement clips included. When I contacted customer service, I was told to send a video. I think that's ridiculous. Overall it was nice, but from instagram and all your fancy bellas that you have promoting your hair I thought it would have been better”
