“The extensions are GREAT quality but I couldn't find an exact color match. I didn't like how difficult it was to try different colors before deciding. (Had to exchange, paying for shipping each time). I got frustrated with the process and will try to dye to match. *Suggestion: I would prefer paying a small fee for a color swatch so I could make a better decision without all the shipping back and forth.
I was also not a fan of the "cutesy" email responses I got. I felt the representatives did not accurately answer my questions because they were too busy giving me standard responses and calling me "lovely" and "darling." Good idea but answers are more important to me.”
