“This order never arrived. I reached out to customer service over 10x letting them know and they kept saying that it was on its way. After 2 weeks I finally called customer service to get someone on the phone and they said he post office had it. I was also told that I would not be refunded for a package that doesn't get delivered and it was up to me to call the post office to find my package- highly rude and disappointing. Since it has now been over 30 days and I haven't received them they are plfiling a claim with the post office and re-sending new ones. Hopefully these actually make it to me since I have spent over $500 with bellamis and one package never actually made it to me. Highly disappointed since I purchased these for my summer weddings and didn't get to wear them to a single one.”
