“For almost $300 one might expect high quality hair. I installed my extensions with excitement but had to brush them out at least a dozen times in an 8 hour day due to them getting tangled and ratty. I then decided to wash them and the amount of what looked like dirt that came out of them was appalling. I will absolutely never purchase from this brand/company again. Also, just love the fact that I’m trying to give the lowest possible score for quality, value and unboxing (more like unbagging) experience and it automatically goes to the third bar.”
