“I have been a happy customer for years and have been buying from the UK. Imagine paying 300 usd plus 70 for 3-5 day shipping only for it to arrive in 2 weeks. With an additional 78 pound (130) usd border fee for the WORST hair I have ever had in my life. One month in and it feels like absolute cardboard, unmanageable and just looks terrible. Cannot run my fingers through it to save my life I am absolutely disappointed as after all that money and only one month in I can no longer wear these and will have to wear my hair natural as I have no other options. Absolute disgrace, I will never buy from here again.”

“I bought the mochachino. The color looks so much darker in the picture online. In reality it's like a dark chestnut color which is basic and boring looking. I ended up having to buy off black instead. The quality is pretty good I guess but honestly disappointed especially with how long it took for them to even ship it. “I really love my hair. However my first order was cancelled without my knowledge. I had to call and be informed about it. It took 3 weeks for my extensions to get to me. I love the length and the color matches my hair exactly. I wish it had more volume however. I’ve been wearing my hair in a ponytail with the clips. I wish I could get more extensions but I don’t have the money for them currently. I would love to get some more soon. I wouldn’t buy extensions anywhere else:)”
