“So I ordered my first ever hair extensions about a year ago. I had never owned them before and chose Bellami based on youtube reviews. My first set was great. Never had any problem with the clips falling out or the hair getting tangled. They were a dream and they gave me no headaches but loads of confidence. I took excellent care of them, as I still do. Around Christmas I decided it was time for a new set. Which is the norm considering how much I wear them (3-4x a week). Well my second set from Bellami has been a nightmare. The quality is horrendous. Within a week half the clips were falling out, within a month the hair was becoming a completely tangled mess after a few hours of wear. The quality on my second set it just SO BAD. I was surprised to say the least, because I'd had such good luck with the first pair. When I contacted Bellami they sent me two new wefts, which was nice, but they also sent me clips with a tutorial on how to reattach. What a pain in the butt. I didn't spend all this money to have a product fall apart and the company expect me to fix the problem. They should of just sent out a full replacement set because now, a month after reaching out to them, EVERY. LAST. CLIP. has come unattached. Either I got a defective set, or the quality has tanked.”
