“The quality of hair is unbelievable. It flows very naturally and doesn't bunch like most extensions. My only disappointment was that the 22 grams in the photo was nowhere relevant to the 22 grams I received. I would say it was maybe 33% less hair compared to the photo even when you bring all the hair forward. I received the pony tail for free and I am very thankful for that but it isn't a practical pony tail. It sticks to your head and doesn't have that natural distance at the top from the back of your head. Aside from that and the color being a little lighter than portrait in the photo, I am VERY happy with the quality of hair I received which is ultimately the most important factor for me.”
“Very unhappy with my recent purchase. I’ve been purchasing your hair for years. The very first set I received was wonderful. It seems with each set I purchase the quality gets worse. The most recent purchase was awful. Hair was not all one length, had only a few pieces mixed in to make it look that length. Very thin, clips hard to close. Sorry but I will not be purchasing your hair extensions again. The minute I received them I started my research to find somewhere else to purchase my extensions. The sample you provided gave me no indication on what the whole hair looked like. Had I have known I would have shipped it right back for a refund. Also they shed horrible. My last set before this purchase told me not to buy any more, but for some reason decided one more chance. Never again!!!! These were no better quality than ones you can buy in a beauty store. I am very disappointed!!!!”
“I love my extensions! The color was perfect and the amount was great! I have pretty thick hair and i don’t have to use all the wefts if I don’t want to. Nobody could tell I had them in, they just thought my hair had grown a lot! I wish they blended with shoulder length hair easier but they still look great!”
