“I was very disappointed when I received my Bellami extensions. I have previously bought a pair of extensions that I was in love with. I purchased the set I received extensions with many fake hair's. Hair felt very coarse. I began to pick up many fake pieces of hair. I Purchased real hair from Bellami and received a very poor set of extensions. Probably will never purchase from Bellami again. Very disappointed. I Wish I could return it.”

“I'll start off by saying, I've never owned a set of extensions before. I had a wrap pontytail I got from Ulta a while ago that was low quality but I only needed it for one event, so I didn't invest a ton of $$ on it and it worked for the night. BUT I recently cut my hair into a long bob and wanted a full set for photo shoots and events where I was required to have long hair. I had heard sooooo many good things about this company and their products. I thought, why not treat myself and get the best of the best? I ordered my set, the color matched perfectly with my dark hair. I trimmed them myself to blend my natural hair better, they LOOK great. My problem comes in with the quality of the hair itself. It is far from anything I expect from a "high quality" real hair product. The hair itself is very similar to the cheap pony wrap I bought from Ulta. It feels almost plastic and it knots easily. Maybe I just don't know enough about extensions, but I guess my expectations were just higher from all of the reviews I had read. Overall, I will not repurchase. I will be looking into other brands.”
