“I have purchased from Bellami in the past and been super happy with not only the product, but the experience as well. This time however, I cannot say the same.
My order had an issue with the address. I will preface this all by saying that I don't know how much of the blame lies on myself, fedex, or your company. But bottom line, my package was not successfully delivered and was immediately bounced back to you without any sort of notice or message from anyone. It's now been a full month since I placed this order and I still don't have the hair. I needed it for two separate occasions, neither of which I've been able to wear them to.
The broader issue here is that in my following correspondences with your company, I was given no idea on when you would be receiving the bounced-back package. I was given no idea when I would ultimately receive the package. It was basically an attitude of "well sucks to be you."
I completely understand that much of this was out of your control, and FedEx holds a lot of the blame for making this stretch out for a MONTH, but I was disappointed at the lack of help or empathy from the company. I tried to even cancel the order once I realized how long it would be for me to get it back, but I was told no because you guys didn't have the package back yet. But I didn't have it either!!! So I've been out well over $100 for a month with nothing to show for it.
I haven't been expecting a lot. I didn't expect a refund. And I know the customer is definitely not always right. But doing absolutely NOTHING to help out someone who was really excited about your product and is still in the lurch, seems like bad business.”
“I recently got a short hair cut. I got the 160g banbina in mochachino. Color is spot on. It's just I have trouble blending it in cause the top is so short and the ends are thinner then top. It could be my error. I should have gotten a shorter one with more grams of hair. I do look forward to using it when my hair grows out again for thickness. It's also really windy here in Hawaii and I worry about hair flying and everyone seeing it's fake :/. Other then my error in ordering it's a fabulous product and would order again :)”
“I have been buying from Bellami since I was 17. I have never used any other hair company and I've always ordered both bambino and piccolina. I was sent Dark Brown when I ordered Mochachino which is fine since the color is similar. But the quality just feels thinner then normal, they used to be so much thicker.”
“These are the best extensions I've ever owned they look so real & are so soft! Easy to curl, straighten or style & stays! My hair is naturally pretty dark brown but not quite black & very nuetral colored. I went with the mochachino color thinking it would be the best match. It was close but still a lot more red then my natural color, but it was nothing that my hair girl couldn't fix! She weaved in a deep chocolate color in my natural color, I've never been this color & it looks great on me, my extensions look seamless! I love the bellami extensions! Well worth the money!”
