“I was so disapointed at the color matching advise I got from the website. The little piece of hair wasnt enough and didnt allow me to see that the color was not my hair color.”
“It's always said the colour match is avaliable. And the colour match was not there. I got a mochacchino brown 160 gram set and the ponytail. They arrived super fast, 2 days even though I live in Canada. The shipping was astoundingly fast. But as for the hair, the pony tail was the right shade while the 160 gram set was not. The 160 gram set was red, while the ponytail was the brownish black I needed. When I emailed Bellami, they said "since it's made from real hair not all sets are exact" meaning since it's human hair, your mochacchino brown hair order may be other colours. I would then have to pay for shipping, give back not only the item that was faulty but also the gift they gave as a promotion, and if they found anything wrong with the set I send back, they'd keep it. So I'd be losing my $256 Canadian.
The hair is good quality, it's thick, if I had a good experience I would buy again.
As for the wrap ponytail, it has great shine, super thick, not too heavy but would require TWO hairties as instructed. It is best to have a friend help with the wrapping”
“I have been through so many different types of hair extensions. These are by far the best. To my surprise I have no problem keeping them in all day; they match my color exactly and blend in perfectly. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. My hair is pretty long but not very thick. I use these extensions to give more body and thickness to my hair. When I curl my extensions, I don't use hair spray, they hold the curl all day long. I have been using them about 4 out of the 7 days week for the past 6 months. Well worth the money! Very high quality!”

“I love bellamihair, and your products and it was my first time buying hair extensions, you guys hace the best custome service. When my extensions arrived I was so happy, I opened the bag and saw the beautiful hair, the only thing is it was not my color. So I went to the salon to get them dyed. They blended so well but when, the days went passing they would get ruff and knot up. I washed very gently but it is not the same as the beginning all smooth and silky. If you guys recommend something I would appreciate it.They are not even like "old" to be this way, thank you :)”
