“I was excited to receive my new extensions. Unfortunately when they did come the packaging was cheap and the hair as well. I also did not recieve the free gift i had odered at check out. I was under the impression the extension would be thicker and the hair also became thinner at the bottom. I've had the hair for about a month now, and though well taken care of ,during routine brushing a few of the stiches have unraveled and some pieces of hair have fallen out. For the price point I was very disappointed.”
