“I purchased this hair three weeks ago and was so pleased when it arrived suoer quickly. The hair matches beautifully and is easy to put in and take out. It looks so real and is soft and shiny too. My only complaint would be how fast it gets tangled I feel as though I am constantly brushing it to stay unknotted. Otherwise amazing product I would reccommend it to others if you're looking for that temporary long locks thing.”
“The color advertised on the website and what you actually receive are WAY different. The colors appear much darker online than what they really are in person. It took me 3 orders to get the color right, even after I had been consulted by a Bellami employee on which color to order.
The weft on these extensions are awesome. They are worth it just for that however, these aren't the best hair extensions on the market. I have found that mine don't hold a curl/style well and do best with a straight style instead of curled. Also after a full day's worth of wear they get kinda tangled with my real hair (which is also long).
Another thing I didn't like was paying for shipping both ways! Why should a customer pay for shipping to exchange an item? This happened to me 3 times!!! I don't think that's right. Also, their customer service isn't that great. They NEVER answer the phone. They do respond to emails however, that is also unorganized as I had several people respond to my same email as if they didn't know someone else had already responded.
Overall, yeah I like the hair. I would buy it if your thinking about. You will love the way it fits and feels on the scalp. But, I may try a different brand next time I want some hair. Not the best company to buy from. I found they are expensive and difficult.”

the reason i bought them again was because the first set of mochachino brown 20" 160g that i received were wonderful!! however, upon receiving this second set, i wont be repurchasing. the hair that i received the second time around was ratty, dull, and had many split ends. maybe the set i received were just a bad batch, but im not going to risk it by wasting my money on anymore products from bellami.”
