“I personally think your customer service policies are horrible and I don't feel that they support your PAYING customers at all! My package had been lost for 3 weeks while I'm filing claims, calling the post office everyday, and so sad and stressed about the money I had saved up to purchase these "amazing" extensions from such an "awesome" company all the bellami company wants to do is say "so sorry for your loss but your package says it's been delivered so we aren't going to do anything about it" I spoke to so many people about this situation and they all stated how a company should honor their customer and try to make the situation right! People from the post office even said companies like Amazon and Sephora re send you things if you've gone ahead and filed a claim no problem! But bellami doesn't seem to believe in that even though they give away extensions to youtubers and girls with tons of followers on Instagram for free every day! But oh no they can't honor the lost package of a PAYING customer because that's how they make their money! So sad because I really wanted to like this company!”
