“The hair itself feels great, it wasn't quite as thick as I was expecting, but this is only my second time purchasing extensions and my BELLAMI'S are so much better than the cheap ones I had before. My only issue is clearly at the top by the clip in, the hair was trimmed (I would imagine to make it a certain gram weight); however, it is all spikey and clearly was not trimmed off as clean as I would assume it usually is. Overall a great product and they carrying case I purchased with it is amazing and comes in hand when storing! I only had one issue when ordering and everytime I would put in the code for the free clip in ponytail (which was offered at my time of purchase), it would not recognize it/apply it, ever after it was in my cart, I did everything to a "T". So finally I just went online and looked for more discount codes and used Carli Bybel's $5.00 from YouTube so that I was at least getting a little but of a deal. The hair is nice and soft though! Thank you.”
“I've tried a lot of different brands of extensions and these felt and looked amazing when they first arrived. After the first (and only) wash the hair looks very dry and there are so many split ends I've only wore them a few times and have switched back to my old brand of extensions because of it. Lesson learned.”
