“Very disappointed in the packaging my hair and accessories arrived in !!! Everything was squashed to one small envelope not protected at all and delivery time was unacceptable!!! You should take better care ensuring you have items in stock ready for your customers. Even after it has been shipped it arrived two days later than it was promised, that's 3 weeks of waiting. However, the hair itself seems to be of good quality after opening a package, but have not worn them yet.”
