“I was really happy with my purchase until I tried curling the hair and it had strands melting on the wand. If this is 100% human hair then it should not melt, right? So when I emailed customer service regarding my issue she stated that it was the vitamin E melting off and that if I wash my extensions I should no longer have this problem. I just wondered why wouldn't they make a note on your package when you receive? I have not washed them yet but I really wasn't worried about it since it wasn't ALL the hair burning off. Overall I am still happy with my purchase and think that the color is not perfect but it's very close and not noticeable!”
“I thought the hair was going to be thicker the picture of the model shows a medium thickness and I feel like it was made to look thicker but the hair feels stringy when clipped in and my hair isn't even that thick, the only thing I do like is that the hair isn't falling out because then it'd be even worse”
