“Although the quality of the hair and the color was okay, the quality of the clips was terrible. I have wefts coming undone from the clips and falling apart. I sent a couple email's back and forth with your team and they said they would send me the replacement kit. I have no recieved the replacement kit and they have not replied to my email when I asked how to fix the clips that would not be replaced. I am very dissapointed with the hair and annoyed. I would really appreciate a reply. Thank you.”
