“I use to order these extensions all the time, until about 2 months ago when I ordered a new pair that never arrived. They said that they did arrive, then where are they?? They told me I would have to pay an extra 15$ to have them sent with a signature. Crazy. I took a L, because I didn't want to be scammed out of more money. I'll find another place to buy my hair needs that has better customer service.”
“I love the length & volume. It can be curled or straightened. I was very impressed with how much it matched my hair!!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I did wash my extensions after about 6 used & some dye came off making them a lighter color. Still works for my hair, but I’m scared to wash them again... other than that, it’s great quality!”
