Emailed to customer service letting them know that I was still willing to pay shipping and handling. Very unfortunate as I would've greatly appreciated any accommodations.”

“I like them, for the most part. They are very smooth and shiney, but they shed a lot and eaisly fall out of my hair when I brush my hair and im not brushing hard. Some of the seems have already come un-done and I've barely had them for a month.”
