“I was very upset with my purchase. There was strings hanging with the hair and the clips were broken and they were coming off the hair and i emailed complaining and asking for a replacement of the one piece extentions and i got told i will get a replacement but i never. The quality of the hair was bad and i never used any products on them just very low heat and they shrivled up they didnt last me more then 2 months.”
