“It is a red brown instead of an ash brown. It didn't match my hair or the videos I've seen of the color at all. Have to send it back and wait again on a new color ☹️️ The quality is second to none as per usual for Bellami!”

Customer service was great and I appreciate the update but the Kylie set is darker than the one ordered. Even so, it is usable and the quality is good as always. Four stars for quality and customer service but had to knock a star off since I won't be able to use them summer time when my hair gets lighter.”
