“When I received the hair it was amazing, so smooth, blended great and you could not tell I had in extensions. Once I washed the hair everything changed the hair texture became coarse. After three washes the hair started matting, this was after deep conditioning with salon brand shampoo (every time). As a last ditch effort I used Oleplex on the hair in order to try and give it extra conditioning this didn't even help hair will become matted after about one hour. I am going to try one more time hoping I received just a crappy set. The reviews are so good but I feel like for $220 I should be able to wash the hair more then four times.”
