“The extensions aren’t what I paid for. Very thin and not realistic at all. I paid almost 300 for extensions so I could dye them and use a curling iron for my wedding. I’m getting married in August and now I don’t know what to do for the extensions because I don’t have time to order more”
“This was my second purchase with Bellami, and unfortunately this set arrived and was incredibly poor quality, with significantly thin ends in comparison to the top. With every piece clipped in and styled, it still looked like cheap hair extensions due to the thinning at the mid-end sections.
This was incredibly disappointing as my first purchase of hair was wonderful, with quick delivery and excellent service. I tried to contact customer service this time and was basically told I should have ordered a thicker set and to return it at my own expense (international order) so that they could inspect it and decide if a new set would be issued.
If you want to order extensions that blend and look natural, do not order the 160g as by the sounds of it, Bellami themselves suggest that the weight of the hair is why it is so thin on the ends compared to the fuller sets.
Very unhappy with my purchase and with the customer service that I received following.”
“The color is exactly how it is described. This is the second time I’ve ordered this color and I love it. Also, the quality of the hair is great!
I’ve already referred a few people and will continue to do so A+”
“I sent several pictures and was told ash brown was my match. Not even close. It had blonde and was just so wrong. But of course I had to ship it back and pay 12$! Felt like a scheme.”
