“While these extensions are fabulous, the Bellami customer service has not been helpful. I have exchanged extensions twice now and have even sent pictures to customer service, who told me the wrong color. They have been very unwilling to help me. Also, be VERY careful when watching the video on the website about the hair colors, as they are NOTHING like in person.”
“My extensions were pretty fantastic. My only issues, if i had to nitpick, would be that the extensions were uneven within a couple of inches, and I had to sew my 1 clips together to thicken them up because they were pretty wimpy. But those were both fixable issues. I've since colored the hair a bit to match my own and it's gorgeous. The quality is top shelf, and I say that as someone who's purchased from several companies. I can't wait to upgrade to an ombre set!”
