“I know when ordering extensions the color is often hit or miss, but I’ve never received hair that was green. I ordered the platinum expecting a light blonde shade well I received green extensions. I tried calling and asking a representative about them and the said that’s normal (which seems crazy to me) so I tried toning them to get a better match and get the green out. I had no luck at all doing so. The hair quality was great just not happy with the color.”
