“I’ve been ordering bellamis for about 4 years now, at first none compared. I was a happy customer. My past couple orders, quality has been getting worse and worse. I originally ordered 120g 18” and loved them. Perfect for my hair. I used them a ton and ordered about 3 sets per year. I’ve had to up the grams and inches in what I order because they started coming to me so thin and are hardly the length they sell as. The ends (last 4 inches) are so so thin and hardly count as 18” long. Now I order 160g 20” and I feel like I’m barely getting what I used to get when I used to order picolina. I recommend ordering from the competitors, now there are competitors that have 100% remy hair and they guarantee the actual length and fullness. I feel like I need to order two sets of 160g from a bellamis to get the fullness bellamis used to offer. It’s sad because I loved Bellamis. Just so upset with the quality of how full the wefts are and how thin the ends are. Disappointing. And the worst part is there is NO way I can get money back or return them after I remove the seal. How am I supposed to know the wefts are extremely thin with hair? The hair color is amazing and the quality of the hair that is present is excellent. As a customer coming for years this downgrade has become extremely apparent. Spend your extensions money wisely, don’t settle for the thin ends and thin wefts.”
