“I am horribly disappointed with my Bellami experience. It took 3 months for my package to arrive. The mailing service is atrocious. There is hardly any information provided as to where the package is in transit or when it will arrive. When they tried to deliver it at my house and I wasn't home, (since I didn't know they were coming), it was dropped off at a nearby post office. After much time went into finally tracking the post office down I was charged multiple fees for the process. The extensions themselves are below expectations. I've had the same Bellami extensions before, and this package has half the hair that the last one did. My hair is light thickness and I can't even blend these ones in to wear them, so it was all for nothing!!!!! Overall it has been a horrible horrible experiences and I would never order ANYTHING from this website again”

“I ordered my set so long ago and just got them when they should have arrived weeks earlier but due to them constantly putting me on backorder I have just received them. Packaging was okay nothing fancy. The hair was not tangled at all very soft so I am surprised to see people say that there extensions were so tangly. It’s thick from top to bottom. The hair itself feels really nice but I tried to straighten it at 400 degrees and it almost burnt the hair and ruined it. I suggest using low heat. For the price and quality it’s what you pay for. Took way to long to come in.”
