“I’ve heard about Bellami extensions for years, so when I needed some for my wedding, choosing the brand was a no brainer.
My extensions arrived in a timely manner and they looked great inside the packaging. When I pulled them out, however, there were random colored strings woven all throughout the hair.
Of course I could cut them out and I did, but it was super odd and when you’re paying for quality hair, I wouldn’t expect it to happen.”
“Ordered these for my wedding and they came in what I thought would be almond brown but appeared to be auburn red. I tried to return and was refused and told by bellami to have them dyed. Spent over $150 trying to color them in time for my wedding and they wouldn’t take. Very disappointed in the customer service. Would have loved to wear these to my wedding as the hair is amazing quality.”
“the extensions are good quality and I am happy with them. I got the 160g ones and the actual wefts didn't have as much hair as I expected. so now I have to clip in almost all the wefts to get the thick look I wanted. I would have ordered the thicker ones in retrospect. But that's on me. good product.”
“The color did not match the picture online at all. I even had my hair dresser look. The actual hair was very flat with one color where as the picture did not look that way. It doesn’t curl super well either. Kinda bummed with this pricey purchase.”
“Sent me bright orange extensions. I needed them before prom. this created a lot of stress and extra money spent. ended up having to dye the extensions the DAY before prom. they also get tangled very easily and shed like crazy. You'd think spending 300+ dollars youd actually get the right colour.”
