“I have bought several hair extensions and this but far is the worst. It will not hold curls. It stays so tangled while wearing it as well as knots up. It stays so frizzy. I would not buy these again.”
“I have the same hair color as the model in the "sterling silver" color. Lies. Dark silver, with brown tones is the true color(what I got). I was going to return but I don't have time for that. Had to bleach and tone the hair. Also loads of purple shampoo. If you want white, silver hair do not get these. Get the ash blonde then tone. FML, waste of money.”

“The silver extensions I received looked NOTHING like the color in the photos. They were a dark grey with a green tint, not the platinum silver color shown. The looked terrible. I did not open the main package & only opened the sample piece they sent. I reached out to customer service to ask about the product, and they were extremely unhelpful, not answering my questions & giving me the run around. When I inquired about making a return (again have not opened the main package) they said they would not give me a refund because I WASHED the sample piece. Nowhere does it indicate you are not to wash the sample. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.”
