“The swatch they provided online looked more like platinum silver then sterling silver which is why I purchased these extensions. I am a colorist and usually lowlight/tone my extensions to match my hair, I thought these would be near perfect! However they are a true sterling silver, which is beautiful but not my hair color. I’ve waited a month to get this hair and they informed me I could do an exchange but total time for me to get my new hair is 2-3 weeks realistically another month. So I’m eating this money because I may run into a situation as a stylist I will need sterling silver hair. They also told me they have a color matching team but I do my own hair and I don’t do it until I get the extensions, then do it all at once, so I wouldn’t trust their opinion just because they don’t know my outcome I go for.. I love the hair and now have to wait to buy the platinum that I normally buy.. I should have used better judgment when purchasing and stayed with what I always get and Bellami should get better photos of the hair color so customers know exactly what color they’re buying. Overall I will still buy their hair I just won’t be purchasing out of my box for myself.”
“I am disappointed in the quality of the hair. Right after you wash them, they become dull and not soft anymore. I have bought other brands for half the price that are in better condition. :( Also, you do not have many color choices. I have bright blonde hair and your bleach and silver do not even match.”
