“Worn these out the first time on a snowy day. Long story short, some of my pieces got wet and became instantly matted. Even after gently detangling and applying arcan oil, it looks frizzy. I’m very disappointed. I’ve reached out to customer support and they won’t sent me a replacement.”
“I’ve been ordering hair from Bellami for years now, and I noticed a slight decline in the quality with my last two orders. This last order is by far the worse. It’s started to shed and tangle pretty soon after I installed it. I washed the hair thinking maybe there was some build up from my natural hair and it only made it worse. As I mentioned, I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never made a review but it’s extremely disappointing when I spend money on product that seems to decline in quality but increase price.”
