“I have had different brands of extensions for 12 years, and these are by far the worst quality I have ever had. While washing them the first time so much hair came out. I thought maybe it was just because it was the first time I washed them. Nope, the hair has continued to fall out with every wash and every time I brush them.
Also they are so dry and get matted up so bad. it does not matter how much oil or leave in conditioner I put in them, nothing works. I am not usually one to leave a bad review, but man, I am so disappointed. I was so excited when I pulled them out of the box, they were beautiful. I will not be buying another set of these. I am getting these removed on Saturday. I have only had these for right at a month and half.”

I returned an set of extensions and was ignored when I reached out for confirmation and to get my money back. And then they canceled my return. Also important to note that I returned the item within days of getting it because the color was horrible. Would never recommend this company.”
