“I loved these extensions when I first bought them but after only three months the color is already lighter and the texture isn't as soft anymore. Gets knotty very quickly now. For almost $300 I'd expect these to at least last 6months to a year..”

“I purchased these for my daughter and when it was time to wash them we followed the directions on the box. Unfortunately we could see the dye coming off the hair as they were being washed. Once all was said and done the extensions are now lighter and no longer blend with my daughters hair:(

“I spent almost 1500.00 for this hair to only have it fall out. Shedding is one thing but I have the photos to prove it. I have always only washed my hair once a week if that, but upon washing it and being so excited to style it I had piles on the floor and till this day they are getting more and more. My hairdresser has been installing extensions for years and she cannot believe it either. I must have received a bad batch of hair for it to do this because I have never had this problem in 18 years of wearing extensions. So so sad. Be careful upon purchasing maybe the clip on are way better I don't know. I bought wefts.”
“I'm very upset, this is the first time I washed my black hair extensions and a huge amount of purple dye came out of my extensions. That means it's not really black and after I wash it again it's going to be brown. I've been purchasing hair extensions for 8 years and never have had this much hair dye wash out of my extensions. I do not dye any of my hair ever when I get them. This was 550 dollars. I feel like this was pulling the wool over my eyes as I've bought from other brands and no hair dye has come out like this before. Why am I buying from a TOP brand and this is happening? My entire bathtub is now purple.”
