“I spent almost 1500.00 for this hair to only have it fall out. Shedding is one thing but I have the photos to prove it. I have always only washed my hair once a week if that, but upon washing it and being so excited to style it I had piles on the floor and till this day they are getting more and more. My hairdresser has been installing extensions for years and she cannot believe it either. I must have received a bad batch of hair for it to do this because I have never had this problem in 18 years of wearing extensions. So so sad. Be careful upon purchasing maybe the clip on are way better I don't know. I bought wefts.”
“I'm very upset, this is the first time I washed my black hair extensions and a huge amount of purple dye came out of my extensions. That means it's not really black and after I wash it again it's going to be brown. I've been purchasing hair extensions for 8 years and never have had this much hair dye wash out of my extensions. I do not dye any of my hair ever when I get them. This was 550 dollars. I feel like this was pulling the wool over my eyes as I've bought from other brands and no hair dye has come out like this before. Why am I buying from a TOP brand and this is happening? My entire bathtub is now purple.”
“I’ve had tie in hair extensions for years and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had! I’ve even made one set of hair extensions last for two years so I’m pretty confident in my care. No matter what I do, this hair is dry and constantly tangled. It’s like Barbie doll hair. I do not believe this is real hair. My daughter is my hair stylist and I only buy high quality products for extensions. I’m so frustrated with this hair and I have tried everything to make this set better but after trying for the past 4 months, I’m just giving up! Waisted over $1000 of hard earned money. So don’t waist your money!!!”
“I paid so much for these extensions just for them to turn out to be mixed with fake or plastic like synthetic hair!!! When I would straighten these extensions with my straightener on low heat and heat protection spray, some of the hair would literally melt on to my straightener! And when I would wipe it off it would be a black grainy weird substance! Not to mention these extensions she’s like CRAZY!!!!!! So disappointed and grossed out by these extensions I’ve gotten better ones on Amazon and the beauty supply store for wayyyyyyy less!! Never again! Such a waste of money for fake hair smh”
