“so what to say. well a lot actually. so when i received my bellami hair my clips did not work and when i called bellami i showed them what was wrong with it and they shipped another one out for me which was light brown and did not match my JETBLACK 22 inch i ordered. so therefore i called bellami again and i had to send them picture showing them they made a mistake and the girl send me the jet black ones. overall the hair is good but it get tangled a lot and when i curl it it doesn’t come out that good. It tends not to last, but the hair is good.”
“What a love about Bellami is the option in the thickness of extensions. What I dislike about Bellami is the quality and life span of the hair. At first, I thought it must been bad luck and I received a pack of poor quality Lilly Hair. The hair would tangle excessively. I even tried using Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner along with the tangle teaser brush as recommended by the Bellami customer service team but did not have any luck. Customer service could not send me a new pack of hair but decided to send me three pieces of the Bambina ( not Even the same brand I purchased) hair to as they called it " replenish" my brand new extensions that I only had for two weeks. I have never had to replenish a brand new pack of extensions from any other company I've purchased from before. So the pieces they sent were as follows:one large weft for the back of my hair, one medium side of the hair weft, and one small narrow weft that served no purpose in 260 grams of matted Lilly hair. So no, it did not replenish my brand new hair. I then recently purchased the Bellisima hair. Yes, I gave Bellami a second chance due to their killer social media presence. Again, I loved my extensions in the beginning but I am spending so much time brushing my hair because the hair tangles and mattes every other second. I have never experienced these issues with Sally's Euronext Clip ins and those would last 6 months before they started to look dull and old. The downside about Euronext is that you would need to buy three packs of hair to equal one pack of Bellami's. However, My Bellami's are honestly looking dull already and I haven't even had them for a month. To each is own, but I'm not head over heels with the quality of hair Bellami carries”
